Our Chablis Grande Réserve du Domaine is produced from the oldest vines of the Domaine Pascal Bouchard (between 27 and 40 years old).
The roots of these old vines go deep down in the ground to draw on all the goodness that the Chablis soil has to offer. This is why we get fruit of great concentration and ripeness.
This concentration enables us to produce wines of great complexity. This is a genuine Chablis that shows the terroir it comes from. It improves further during its ageing on the lees in oak casks.
Our Chablis Grande Réserve du Domaine is a rich, well rounded wine with a good mineral character – half way between Chablis and Chablis 1er cru.
